Het pandje zelf is uit 1600 en sober ingericht met een oude Belgische rechtbank die dienst doet als bar en inklaptafels tegen de muur voor als het druk is. Het publiek bestaat voornamelijk uit dertigers, veelal buurtbewoners of mensen die in de Jordaan werken. Wie op het terrasje gaat zitten komt van alles tegen: van haastig langsfietsende yuppen tot reusachtige reigers op zoek naar een hapje.

Always a great place for drinks and food. Nice ambiance from inside and outside, place looks really good. The daily menu is great as well. Really big terrace, so if you’re in the city be sure to drop by here.

One of my favourite terraces in Rotterdam when the sun is shinning. The terrace is enormous, so you always find a good place to sit, have a beer and chill. The food here is not something special, but it is good enough to have something quick if you wish also.

Huge corner Cafe almost all day open with wide range of tastes, in one corner you can read daily newspapers offered by the shop and drink your coffee or take your breakfast in another you can sit and work unobstructed has a variety of options and seating areas. The personnel are friendly very fast and helpful. Look and feel is cozy yet elegant. I would suspect it is great for travelers and locals as I saw.
