This place is so friendly, comfy, and chill. A gorgeous view of park and busy Amsterdam, nice drink selection and food to choose from. I really likes the chicken satay and scalloped goat cheese salad. Watch the river from their outdoor seating, they're really nice to dogs too! The staff brought water and pets for my dog right away!

Wonderful venue. Good food. Great staff. Let down by running out of soap and hand towels very early on in the evening. Not a good look in a pandemic :( they didn't replenish them in the three hours we were there. Shame as it's otherwise a great place.

Great place to enjoy with friends by the Amstel river, really recommend it. The service is great, efficient even when busy. The food pairs well with the concept created in this “new” Hesp. 5* stars

Excellent bar to have great beers inside or outside on the terrace. Hesp beer is awesome

really nice view, good sercie and low costing warm drinks. just stayed for a short time, but the warm chocolate milk (hot chocolate) was good
